Directions to Dr. Feldman's office
   
 From Port Jervis, NY:
1 Take Route 84 East to Exit 2 (Mountain Rd./Greenville) and make left turn off of ramp.
2 Go .5 miles, turn Left onto Route 6, and continue about 2 miles.
3 Turn right onto County Route 1 (follow signs for Warwick/Pine Island /Westtown).
4 Continue through Westtown and Pine Island staying on County Route 1 for 13 miles to Edenville.
5 Turn left at the blinking light in Edenville, go 3/10 mile and bear right at the "Y" to stay on County Route 1.

Continue on Route 1 for 2.5 miles. County Route 1 changes to Grand Street at the Village of Warwick border.

Continue to the end of Grand St. Make a right onto 17A then immediate left onto Colonial Ave. Kings Highway.
8 Go 1.5 miles and make a right onto Ronald Reagan Blvd. Follow the road around to the last building on the right (King’s Plaza). Go to the last office at the far end of the parking lot.
   
 From NYS Thruway:
1 Take Exit 16, Harriman, to Route 17 West.
2 Go West on Route 17.
3 Take Exit 127 (Warwick/Sugarloaf); bear left at the stop sign.

At multiple light intersection, go straight across Route 17M to Kings Highway (County Route 13).
5 Follow Kings Highway past Sugarloaf to the end.

Turn right at the stop sign, then go to the end and make a left at the next stop sign.
7 Proceed 3.5 miles and make a left onto Wisner then an immediate right onto Ronald Reagan Blvd.
8 The building is the first one on the left (King’s Plaza). Go to the last office at the far end of the parking lot.
   
 From Sullivan County:
1 Go East on Route 17 to Exit 124.
2 Make a left onto 17A towards Florida.
3 Follow 17A through Florida to Warwick, approximately 10 miles.
4 After St. Anthony Community Hospital(which is on the right) make LEFT onto Colonial Ave. Kings Highway.
5 Go 1.5 miles and make a right onto Ronald Reagan Blvd. Follow the road around to the last building on the right (King’s Plaza). Go to the last office at the far end of the parking lot.
   
 From Vernon, New Jersey:
1 Take 94 North to Warwick.
2 Go through the center of town.
3 After post office (on right) make a right onto Colonial Ave. Kings Highway.
4 Go 1.5 miles and make a right onto Ronald Reagan Blvd. Follow the road around to the last building on the right (King’s Plaza). Go to the last office at the far end of the parking lot.
   
 From Greenwood Lake:
1 Take 17A into warwick (road ends).
2 Make right onto Route 94, go through center of town
3 After post office (on right) make a right onto Colonial Ave. Kings Highway.
4 Go 1.5 miles and make a right onto Ronald Reagan Blvd. Follow the road around to the last building on the right (King’s Plaza). Go to the last office at the far end of the parking lot.
